It will then be measured, photos taken and information brought back to the Luxe team to review. You will then receive an estimate for your project and when ready to move forward, move on to the next phase...

It is essential to be able to visualize your project. Our Graphic Designers create this vision by providing you with a 3D Rendering. You will also receive photos, sketches and samples that will be provided such as cabinetry options, countertop samples, and applicable fixtures. Our Architect now does his part and you're one step closer to your vision becoming a reality. 

‘Out with the old, in with the new’! Demolition day is always exciting, however, many people underestimate the professionalism and care that must go into demolition. For instance, when removing a bathtub, shower fixtures or even a plain wall, there are other factors such as plumbing and electrical that must still be considered.

From the moment demolition begins until installation is complete, our staff is vigilant about maintaining a clean and professional atmosphere throughout your home. Your Project Manager supervises every step of the way to make sure installation goes smoothly and your vision is transformed into reality!
